Creating Affordable Web Pages For You
Well, I have finally taken the plunge and I am doing web pages.
I love doing web pages and have been doing them for 10 years.
But I have started charge.
My husband has been
unemployed 18
months and I am the sole breadwinner--and with MS and the way
I've slowed down, I just can't do it all anymore
However, since I love my job so much, I don't
do like most people.
I charge a flat fee. And we can work out payment. You find
a page you like, I can make it. Take a look at the for examples for
some ideas.

Let's talk about where to start first.
You need someone to host your site. I am an affiliated with a host site. I know the owner personally and he and his wife are great people. He cares about his customers. And he works to keep the prices low.
Web Host
To that end, I offer 3 prices.
- Basic Site
- The basic writer's plan is 100.00 a year. (10.00 monthly if you decide to pay monthly) (Total 100.00 + 25.00 start up fee--125.00)
- I Like Options Site
- If you have a large mail list and want a major site, I offer the larger package at 15.00 a month (yearly cheaper)
- Multi-published and drive my publicst crazy site.
- And finally, if you are running shopping carts etc and want a big big site, like a multi published author--I offer a package for 35.00 a month.
All have the start up fee of 25.00 and then it's dropped if you stay with us.
I am a writer. I work for writers. I am also a Christian. That's who I target. The people who can understand each other.
NOW for the WEBPAGE part!
Web Page Creation
For a full webpage:
- 300.00 Flat fee (unless you are wanting shopping carts etc and then it's totally different) Believe me when I say, 99% of pages fit in here
- 500.00 Flat Fee for a huge multi-page webpage. Example: If you have 2 or 3 businesses and want them all separated out. (Contact me about this first so we can see what we can work out).
For maintaining web pages:
- Monthly: 30.00
- Every other month: 70.00
- Twice a year: 100.00
Buttons and Banners:
- Banners 25.00
- Buttons 25.00
I prefer all up front, but if you can't, we can talk and make arrangements for half up front via paypal or visa/masterCard/discover but will take check money orders in US FUNDS
When I'm done, I take the second half and then upload the page for you.
You have full feedback during the process and we can negotiate if you want one done but just find the prices too high...but let me tell you, my prices are about 1/2 of what others charge!
