My kids went to camp this summer with our new church.  I've had a call every night from my 19 year old telling me all that has gone on.

Note the 'black eyes' the exhaustion the look of, I think I died halfway up that last hill.  This was on the second day of camp.

During that day, along with prayer time and quiet time and church time, they also had swimming.

Oh, and did I mention the bungee type jump off this little two size larger than a shoebox 35 feet up?

Christina, Bekka and Kathi after some sleep and the 'extreme' games, not to mention curfew extended the night before until midnight and a concert by a great Christian band.  Okay, so they're past the exhausted stage.  I think I see the glow of a closer walk in those eyes.

Yes, definitely closer relationships and the glow of the fruit on those faces--or is it only sweat?  Well, we'll find out Sunday as the youth will be leading our service in church Sunday morning!
